Delivery Times
At Queens Park Rangers we are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service. Choose which items you want to buy and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.
And because you can store any number of different addresses in my account page, your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don't forget to decide whether you'd like your items delivered to your home or work address.
All deliveries will be made to the within the following guidelines:
Mainland UK & Northern Ireland: STANDARD 7 - 14 working days Mainland UK: EXPRESS* 3 working days Offshore UK, Eire, and Europe: 28 working days Rest of the World: 28 working days Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and all express deliveries must be signed for. Standard deliveries are made by Royal Mail and may require collection from your nearest post office if unable to deliver.
*Assured if ordered before 1pm, otherwise order follows onto next day.
Delivery Charges
The delivery charges are as follows: Mainland UK & Northern Ireland: STANDARD - £4.50 Mainland UK: EXPRESS* - £8.00 Offshore UK, Eire, and Europe - £15.00 Rest of the World - £20.00
*Assured if ordered before 1pm, otherwise order follows onto next day.
Payment options
Once you've browsed our club shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options, to suit you. In addition, you can relax in the knowledge that your details are safe with us- none of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We also take signed cheques from the UK only and bankers drafts.
We accept Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, and Visa Electron.
Returns Policy
Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. Returns should be marked for the attention of: QPR Direct, PO Box 142, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 5FJ. We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery, as QPR Direct cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown above: every effort is made that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Replica Kit Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. QPR Holdings Ltd cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number.
QPR Hodlings Ltd reserves the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel the order and your goods have already been dispatched, you must send the goods back to: QPR Direct, PO Box 142, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 5FJ at your cost and risk as soon as possible. Once we have received your returned order to QPR Direct, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation provided that you return the goods in their original condition.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all items shown on our online store are available but occasionally items will be temporarily out of stock or have sold out earlier than planned. All merchandise on the online store is subject to availability.
