How do I get tickets?

Please be aware these are the times when the Box Office at The Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium is open and customer services queries can be dealt with. Fans can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I search for a product?

For your convenience, we have designed many different options to filter or search among our products. At the top there is a navigation panel where you can browse through the categories and then refine what product type you are looking for. You also have the option to filter by colour, price and size.

If you know exactly what you need, you can use our search facility, type it in and you will find everything related to your search.

When you have found what you are looking for, simply click "add to basket", and return to shopping or follow the screen instructions to fill in payment and delivery details.

Do I need an account with you?

No, you do not need an account to shop with the Queens Park Rangers Online Superstore.

However, creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also be able to view your order history and track your current order.

We now have the QPR Club Account to enable supporters to use one set of login details across all our online services.

As part of this process, you are required to create a new QPR Club Account and then link any old ‘eticketing’ and online shop accounts to this new account. 

Even if you have previously created a Ticketing or Shop account prior to 1st September 2017, you will have to complete this process to continue purchasing tickets or merchandise.

It is important that you use the same email address for this process as that you’d previously registered on the ticketing site. If you are unsure what this is, or if you would like to update that email address prior to starting this process, then email BoxO@qpr.co.uk.

At the top of the shop home page, click Login. Type in the email address into the email box provided. The email address must match the email address that we have on the system for you. Click on to ‘Create Account’ under the password box. Fill in all of the boxes provided and register the account. If you have a previous e-ticketing or shop account, you will still need to register a new account on the main website. You can use the same password as you did before. However, the password you create must have an uppercase letter and numbers. Once all of the boxes have been filled in, make sure that you click ‘I’m not a robot’ before you click continue.  An activation email will be sent to the email address. You will need to log-in to your emails and click the hyperlink within the activation email which will say ‘click here to activate’. If you have not received an activation email, please click ‘click here to resend the email’.  After activating the email address, you will need to login to your account using the credentials that you have created. Make sure that the ‘I’m not a robot’ is clicked before you click ‘Sign In’.  Once you have signed into the account, it will ask whether you would like to opt-in to any of the club and third party emails, texts and post. After you have clicked the relevant options, click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page.  You will then be directed to the profile page. Before you can link the accounts, you will need to click on ‘Update Profile’ on the left-hand side of the page. After clicking ‘Update Profile’, you will be directed to the ‘Update Profile’ page. You will need to fill in all of the options provided. After all of the boxes have been filled, click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page.  Once you have pressed ‘Continue’, you will be re-directed to the Profile page. You will now be able to link the accounts. In order to link the accounts, click on ‘Linked Accounts’.  You can now link your shop account. Click on ‘Shop’ to link your account. Once you have clicked on the link, you will be directed to the shop website and your details should show at the top. If your details show at the top of the page, your shop account has been successfully linked. 

Do you have a size chart?

We never want to send you anything that doesn't fit properly. Check out our sizing information on each product page for measurements — you will find all the information to ensure our product fits perfectly and looks great.  If you need more information, please email us and we'll get the details for you as soon as possible.

Can you give me more information on your products?

We try to publish as much useful info as possible about each of our products, to help you buy the items that suit you best.

The product page for every item includes sizing, a description, the material and technology description and images. If you have any further questions, please contact Customer Service and we'll do our best to answer your questions as quickly and completely as possible.

I have just placed an order. Can I cancel or change it?

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

You have an option to cancel but you need to be quick about it. Please call Customer Service immediately, and they will do their best to fulfil your request.

However, we cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped.

If your order already has been shipped, you will need to return the order to us. Please see our Deliveries/Returns section for information on how to return an item.

How can I change my address?

If you already have an account, you can change your details by logging in. Simply choose "Change Address".

If you do not have an account or if you are in a check out process, you can change your shipping or billing address by choosing "Edit Address Book" on the right hand side of the screen.

I have seen something advertised, but cannot find it on the site?

Just type the name of the item into the search box or go to the specific collection at the top of the homepage, and it will take you straight to the right product.
