Please be aware these are the times when the Box Office at Loftus Road stadium is open and customer services queries can be dealt with. Fans can purchase tickets online or over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For your convenience we have designed many different options to filter or search among our products. At the top navigation in the right corner, you can browse through the categories and then refine what product type you are looking for. You also have the option to filter by colour, price and gender.
If you know exactly what you need, you can use our search facility, type it in and you will find everything related to your search.
When you have found what you were looking for, simply click "add to basket", and return to shopping or follow the screen instructions to fill in payment and delivery details.
No, you do not need an account to shop with the Queens Park Rangers Online Superstore.
However, creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also be able to view your order history and track your current order.
If you are a season ticket holder or member, you can link your account in order to gain and redeem your loyalty cash. When you log in for the first time, a pop up box titled QPR Cash should show after you've entered your email and password. Enter your client reference number, click proceed and that's it! You will only have to do this once and you can now see how much cash you currently have to redeem in your account.
Yes, we never want to send you anything that doesn't fit properly. Check out our sizing information on each product page for measurements — you will find all the information to ensure our product fits perfectly and looks great. If you need more information, please email us and we'll get the details for you as soon as possible.
We try to publish as much useful info as possible about each of our products, to help you buy the items that suit you best.
The product page for every item includes sizing, a description, the material and technology description and images. If you have any further questions, please contact Customer Service and we'll do our best to answer your questions as quickly and completely as possible.
Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.
You have an option to cancel but you need to be quick about it. Please call Customer Service immediately, and they will do their best to fulfil your request.
However, we cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped.
